1. The Influimi Marketplace

Influimi provides a professional platform connecting Brands ("Clients") and Content Creators ("Talent"). By using the platform, you agree to act with professional integrity and follow our collaboration guidelines.

2. Transaction Integrity & Escrow

To protect both parties, all financial transactions must be processed through the Influimi Escrow system.

• Brands pay for the collaboration upfront; funds are held securely by Influimi.
• Funds are only released to the Creator after the Brand approves the delivered assets.
• Attempting to bypass the platform for payments is a material breach and will result in permanent account suspension.

3. Service Fees

Influimi maintains the platform infrastructure and escrow security via a transparent fee model:

• Brands: 5% service fee added to the campaign total.
• Creators: 5% platform commission deducted from the payout.

4. Delivery Guarantee

Creators must deliver high-quality content within the agreed timeframe. If a Creator fails to deliver or the quality is substantially below professional standards, Influimi reserves the right to refund the Brand from the Escrow.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali/Chandigarh, Punjab.
