1. When a Refund May Be Available
A refund may be considered when a Booking cannot be completed as agreed, evaluated case-by-case based on verified evidence.
- Creator Non-Delivery: The Creator fails to provide the agreed Deliverables within the Booking timeline.
- Creator Cancellation: The Creator cancels a confirmed Booking and is unable to complete the agreed work.
- Eligible Brand Cancellation: Brand cancels before work reasonably commences, subject to Booking terms.
- Material Non-Compliance: Delivered content materially fails to meet agreed requirements or campaign brief.
- Payment Errors: Duplicate, failed, or incorrectly processed transactions reviewed for correction.
2. Creator Cancellation or Non-Delivery
If a Creator cancels a confirmed Booking or fails to provide Deliverables, the Brand may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Assessment Factors: Reviews work completed, submissions, incurred effort, and reason for cancellation.
- Remedies: Influimi may issue a full refund, partial refund, cancellation, or other suitable resolution.
- Policy Enforcement: Repeated cancellations or non-delivery may result in creator account restrictions.
3. Brand Cancellation
Refund eligibility for Brand cancellations depends on whether the Creator has started work or incurred reasonable effort.
- Before Work Begins: Refund may be available, subject to applicable platform fees, statutory taxes (if any), and terms.
- After Work Begins: A full refund may not be available due to creator time and creative effort incurred.
- After Deliverables Submitted: Funds released in whole or in part depending on verified circumstances.
- After Approval: Not eligible for refund once deliverables are approved, except where required by law.
4. Deliverables, Revisions & Approval
Creators provide agreed Deliverables, and Brands should use the revision process constructively to resolve issues.
- Brief Alignment: Included revisions must remain reasonably related to the original campaign brief.
- Scope Limits: Brands cannot use refund claims to demand unlimited revisions or new out-of-scope work.
- Usage Rights Commencement: Brand approval of submitted content serves as the trigger date for Usage Rights duration. Submitting draft content alone does not start Usage Rights.
- Material Defects: If content materially fails brief and cannot be corrected, partial or full refund is reviewed.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will generally not be issued where agreed obligations were performed or where delays are caused by the Brand.
- Approved Work: Deliverables have been approved, published, or utilized commercially by the Brand.
- Scope Changes: Brand changes requirements after creator completes the agreed work.
- Brand Inaction: Brand fails to provide required assets, access, or approvals necessary for completion.
- Abusive Claims: Deceptive, fraudulent, or retaliatory refund requests are strictly denied.
6. Partial Refunds
Where only part of a Booking remains incomplete or materially defective, Influimi may determine a fair partial refund.
- Multi-Deliverable Orders: Evaluates value of completed vs. incomplete portions (e.g., Reel delivered, Story pending).
- Proportional Evaluation: Factors in work performed, booking milestones, fees, applicable taxes (if any), and evidence provided.
- Equitable Outcome: Ensures fair compensation for creator effort while refunding unfulfilled components.
7. Disputes & Review Process
Unresolved fulfillment issues should be escalated through Influimi's official support and dispute resolution process.
- Evidence Submission: Requires booking briefs, chat logs, draft files, delivery timestamps, and screenshots.
- Platform Determination: Outcomes include full refund, partial refund, payment release, or claim dismissal.
- Administrative Nature: Decisions govern platform funds without extinguishing independent statutory rights.
8. Payment Fees, Taxes & Refund Amount
The final refunded amount is calculated based on transaction breakdown, completed work, and non-recoverable charges.
- Cost Deductions: May be adjusted for platform fees, third-party payment gateway charges, and applicable statutory taxes where permitted.
- Statutory Accounting: Influimi does not currently charge GST (GST = ₹0). Any statutory taxes, if applicable in a future or specific transaction, will be treated according to law and the amount disclosed at checkout.
- Component Disclosure: Transaction totals reflect Creator amounts, Platform Fees (5% Brand / 5% Creator), and applicable taxes as shown at checkout.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are initiated promptly through supported payment infrastructure back to the original source.
- Original Payment Method: Refunded directly to the original card, bank account, or UPI handle.
- Processing Timelines: Credited within standard bank/gateway clearing timeframes (typically 5–7 business days).
- Banking Dependencies: Influimi is not responsible for external banking or payment gateway network delays.
10. Payment Errors & Chargebacks
Influimi actively audits duplicate transactions and maintains a zero-tolerance policy against refund abuse.
- Correction of Errors: Duplicate or incorrectly processed payments are investigated and refunded.
- Prohibited Abuse: Claiming non-delivery after receiving work or filing false chargebacks is strictly banned.
- Enforcement: Abuse results in immediate payout holds, dispute investigations, and account restrictions.
11. Mutual Cancellation
Brands and Creators may mutually agree to cancel a Booking in good faith through direct communication.
- Mutual Agreement: Facilitated based on mutually agreed terms and progress status.
- Fair Distribution: Settlement considers work submitted, platform fees, taxes (if any), and payment gateway limits.
12. Products, Samples & Materials
Parties should mutually agree on retention, consumption, or return of physical products and sample merchandise.
- Physical Product Timeline Commencement: For physical-product collaborations, the Creator's agreed delivery timeline is calculated from the date the Creator actually receives the required physical product in usable condition, as specified in the applicable Booking Agreement.
- Shipping & Transit Delays: Product shipping and transport delays are taken into consideration when evaluating delivery deadlines, non-delivery, cancellation, refunds, and dispute resolution. Product shipping/transit delay does not automatically count as Creator delivery time and does not automatically trigger a refund.
- Digital & Service Collaborations: For digital or non-physical collaborations, the applicable delivery timeline begins according to the commencement condition stated in the Booking Agreement, including Creator Agreement Acceptance where specified.
- Physical Items Disclaimer: Influimi is not responsible for courier loss, physical damages, or third-party transit delays of sample products during transit.
13. Review Period & Completion
Brands must review deliverables within the standard platform review window to prevent indefinite project stalls.
- Brand Actions: Brand should approve content (which triggers Usage Rights duration for Paid bookings), request brief-aligned revisions, or raise an issue.
- Auto-Completion: If no issue is raised during the review period, booking is completed and funds released.

Influimi operates as a technology marketplace and does not guarantee marketing or commercial performance.
- No Conversion Guarantee: No guarantees for views, engagement rates, followers, leads, sales, or ROI.
