Creators list pricing and services for brand discovery and must adhere to strict authenticity standards.
- Authentic Profiles: Maintain truthful profile, pricing, audience, and social-media performance data.
- Timely Delivery: Deliver agreed content on time and follow agreed campaign briefs and permissions.
- Zero-Tolerance on Bots: Prohibited from buying followers, likes, comments, views, bots, or fake engagement.

6. Brand Responsibilities
Brands discover and hire Creators and must maintain clear project briefs and fair collaboration practices.
- Clear Briefs: Provide accurate campaign briefs, clear deliverables, required assets, and timely instructions.
- Prompt Reviews: Review submitted deliverables within a reasonable period with genuine, actionable feedback.
- Lawful Content: Brands must not request illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or prohibited content.
- Product Accuracy: Brands are solely responsible for the legality and claims regarding their products/services.
7. Bookings (Paid & Barter)
Influimi supports two collaboration types with distinct binding requirements:
- Paid Collaborations: A Paid Booking becomes binding and active upon Creator acceptance and successful verification of the required payment.
- Barter Collaborations: A Barter Collaboration is a collaboration where the Creator receives an agreed product, service, sample, or other non-monetary consideration directly from the Brand instead of monetary compensation. Barter Collaborations carry ₹0 monetary compensation through Influimi and no monetary escrow applies to the barter consideration.
- Barter Usage Rights Exclusion: Barter Collaborations are strictly limited to organic posting on the Creator's own social channel and do not include paid advertising, paid boosting, whitelisting, partnership advertising, partnership ads, media licensing, or other commercial reuse rights.
- Mutual Fulfillment: Once confirmed, both parties must perform their respective agreed obligations.
- Fee Protection: Users must not intentionally bypass Influimi to avoid Platform Fees or conduct Bookings off-platform.
8. Instant Hire / Fixed Bookings
Influimi offers Instant Hire options where Brands can book pre-packaged creator deliverables with fixed pricing.
- Fixed Packages: Examples include fixed packages such as One Reel, One Story, or One Post.
- Controlling Terms: The exact deliverables, pricing, and timeline displayed at checkout govern that transaction.
- Additional Work: Out-of-scope work must be separately agreed between the parties through the Platform.
9. Payments and Platform Fees
All Paid Booking payments must be processed through supported Influimi payment methods.
- Platform Fees: Influimi charges a 5% Platform Fee to Brands and a 5% Platform Fee to Creators, disclosed transparently during the transaction.
- Taxes & Processing: Applicable statutory taxes, if any, may apply where required by law and as disclosed during the transaction.
- Fee Transparency: Final payable amounts are displayed before payment confirmation.
- Anti-Circumvention: Moving payments off-platform after introduction may result in account termination.
10. Payment Holding & Release
For Paid Bookings, funds are processed and held securely via supported payment infrastructure until release conditions are met.
- Release Triggers: Funds are released upon deliverable completion/approval, platform auto-completion, or dispute resolution.
- Platform Facilitation: Payment holding facilitates smooth, trustworthy transactions between Brands and Creators.
- Gateway Disclaimers: Influimi does not guarantee that transactions will be free from banking failures or provider chargebacks.
11. Creator Payouts
Creator disbursements are processed following deliverable completion and compliance verification.
- Payout Preconditions: Subject to booking completion, KYC verification, platform fee deductions (5%), and applicable statutory deductions, if any.
- Investigation Holds: Payouts may be delayed where necessary to investigate fraud, disputes, or chargebacks.
- Adjustment Rights: Payouts remain subject to any valid dispute, refund, chargeback, or statutory adjustment.
12. Content Delivery and Approval
Clear delivery and review procedures ensure fair outcomes for both Creators and Brands.
- Delivery Timeline: Creators must submit Deliverables according to the agreed Booking timeline.
- Physical Product Commencement: For physical-product collaborations, the Creator's delivery timeline begins ONLY from the date the required physical product is actually delivered to and received by the Creator in usable condition. The timeline does not automatically start from booking creation, proposal submission, brand acceptance, agreement generation/acceptance, payment, or product shipment/dispatch. If delayed, incorrectly delivered, incomplete, or damaged, the timeline commences only upon actual receipt in usable condition.
- Digital Deliverable Commencement: For digital products or deliverables, the Creator's delivery timeline begins from the date and time the Creator accepts the applicable collaboration agreement.
- Service / Non-Physical Commencement: For service-based or other non-physical collaborations, the Creator's delivery timeline begins from the date and time the Creator accepts the applicable collaboration agreement, unless the specific Booking terms expressly define another commencement condition.
- Fair Revisions & Approval: Revisions must relate reasonably to the original brief. Brands must review submissions promptly. Failure to deliver allows Influimi to review for cancellation or refund.
13. Usage Rights & Commercial Licensing
Usage Rights govern the Brand's permission to utilize delivered content assets for paid advertising campaigns.
- Paid Collaborations Only: Commercial Usage Rights (e.g. 30, 60, or 90 days paid ads) are available exclusively for Paid bookings. Barter Collaborations are strictly limited to organic posting on the Creator's channel and do not grant the Brand paid advertising, paid boosting, whitelisting, partnership advertising, partnership ads, media licensing, or other commercial reuse rights.
- Options & Rates: For Paid Collaborations, options include Organic (0%), 30 Days Paid Ads (+20%), 60 Days Paid Ads (+40%), and 90 Days Paid Ads (+65%), calculated per applicable content asset price.
- Commencement Trigger: For Paid Bookings, Usage Rights do not begin at booking, payment, or product receipt. Rights begin ONLY when the Creator has delivered the content AND the Brand has approved that content on Influimi.
- Duration & Expiry: Rights duration is calculated from the applicable content approval date and automatically expires after the selected duration. Purchasing Usage Rights does not transfer underlying IP ownership.
14. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on timing, milestones, and work commencement status.
- Eligibility Factors: Evaluated based on start of work, submission status, reason for cancellation, and Booking terms.
- Fee Deductions: Approved refunds may be adjusted for non-refundable payment gateway charges or statutory taxes where permitted.
- Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory refund or consumer rights available under applicable law.
15. Disputes
Users should first attempt direct resolution before raising an issue to Influimi Support.
- Evidence Review: Influimi may request briefs, chat logs, draft files, screenshots, and delivery timestamps.
- Platform Remedies: Outcomes may include payment release, partial payout, refund, claim dismissal, or account restriction.
- Administrative Nature: Platform-level determinations do not permanently determine underlying judicial rights.
16. Content Ownership and IP
Pre-existing IP remains with the owning party; commercial usage terms must be expressly contracted.
- Retained Rights: Each party retains ownership of intellectual property owned prior to the Booking.
- Creator Warranty: Creators represent they have necessary rights and permissions for submitted content.
- Barter Organic Posting: Organic posting rights for Barter Collaborations do not grant the Brand paid advertising, boosting, whitelisting, partnership advertising, partnership ads, media licensing, or other commercial reuse rights. Usage rights are governed by the applicable Booking-specific terms and Creator Collaboration Agreement.
- No Automatic Buyout: Commercial usage, paid ads, whitelisting, and exclusivity are limited to the selected Usage Rights in Paid Collaborations and do not transfer creator copyright.
17. Social Media & 3rd-Party Platforms
Influimi operates independently of third-party social media platforms, gateways, and hosting providers.
- Independent Services: Influimi does not control third-party networks (e.g. Instagram, YouTube).
