User Data Deletion Instructions
At Influimi, we respect your privacy and give you control over your personal data. If you have connected your Instagram account or created an account on Influimi, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
How to Request Data Deletion
Users can request deletion of their Influimi account and associated data by sending an email to the official Influimi support email address:
- Email Subject:
Data Deletion Request - Registered Email Address: The email used to register your Influimi account
- Account Type: State whether you are a Creator or a Brand
- Instagram Username: Specify your username if you connected your Instagram account
What Data May Be Deleted
Depending on your account type and your activity on the platform, your deletion request may cover the following data:
- Influimi profile information (name, bio, contact details)
- Connected Instagram account information stored by Influimi
- Instagram analytics data stored by Influimi
- Account preferences and application configurations
- Profile media and portfolios uploaded directly to Influimi
- Other personal information associated with your account
Exceptions: Please note that we do not delete financial, invoice, transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or other legal records where retention may be required by applicable law or legitimate compliance obligations.
Processing Time
Verified deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable period, subject to identity verification and any legal or regulatory retention obligations. We will notify you via email once the deletion process is completed.
Instagram Connection
Disconnecting Instagram or revoking Influimi's access through Meta/Instagram settings may stop future API access immediately. However, you should still submit an official email deletion request if you also want eligible data already stored by Influimi to be deleted from our systems.
